 In-Home Family Based Services

Therapeutic Services Agency has been providing In-Home Family Based Services since 1981 and continues to provide this specialty service with professional expertise and care.  TSA staff provide services to address mental health issues, family functioning, childhood trauma, behavior problems, and other issues that impact individual well-being and family health.  TSA has extensive experience working with the state's child welfare system; specifically children involved with Child Protection Services, family reunification, concurrent planning, foster care and adoption; as well as with County Children's Mental Health Case Management Services and Court Services.

Philosophy

TSA believes the best way to provide services to a child is through strengthening and empowering the family as  a unit.  This is the heartbeat of the philosophy of the In-Home Family Based Services (FBS).   FBS services are unique in that most often the treatment is offered in the client's homes.  FBS is designed to respond to each individual family's unique needs. Therefore, the treatment approach is tailored to fit individual families.

TSA is committed to family reunification and permanency for children when possible.
