"...we feel our relationship grows in a healthy way even if it takes time.  As for myself, my anxiety has decreased so much already... I feel more confident, and relaxed with my decisions I make with myself and family/husband."

What is psychotherapy?

Therapy is a process to help people change their thoughts, emotions, and behavior.  Psychotherapy is a process which requires a shared effort between an individual or family and therapist. The therapy starts with an assessment of presenting problems/concerns, recognition and empowerment of client's existing strengths and molding the treatment to fit the client's goals and expectations.

Therapy is a shared effort between an individual or family and the therapist.

Therapy provides a supportive environment to talk openly and confidentially about a client's concerns, hurts and desired changes that will lead to a more satisfying and fulfilling life. Feeling comfortable with the professional you choose and the style of therapy is important to the success of your treatment. Our offices are warmly decorated and child friendly to help support a positive experience.

Staff will assist in answering questions and scheduling your initial appointment.
